INSTRUCTIONS FOR NURSERY ADMISSION 2026

Eligibility for applying (Girl/Boy):
FOR NURSERY – 3 YEARS [BORN ON OR BEFORE 1st SEPTEMBER 2023]
[Preferably from 1 September 2022 to 1 September 2023]

  1. Parents are to collect the ONLINE LOGIN CREDENTIALS from the School Office from 28th September to 8th October [Time is 4 pm to 6 pm] and from 9th October to 15th October [Time is 8 am to 9 am] ON PAYMENT OF ₹ 300 BY CASH.
  2. Use the ID and password to login online from 28th September.
  3. Online forms will be closed on 25th October.
  4. The submission of registration form online does not guarantee admission.
  5. An application that is not filled in correctly will be rejected by the school.
  6. PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
    • Go to https://app.schoolcanvas.com/Admission/stpaulroureg
    • Enter the Login ID and password given to you from School Office
    • Login
    • Click on New Application
    • Carefully fill in all details in CAPITAL LETTERS as demanded in the online form without any error. These details will automatically be entered into admission register.
    • Documents to be uploaded along with the form (Only in Jpeg or Jpg format)
      • A Copy of Aadhaar card (Candidates not having Aadhaar will have to submit a copy of it in school office by 31st March 2026 from the date of admission)
      • A recent passport size photograph 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm
      • A copy of the birth certificate NAC / MUNICIPALITY only
      • Caste certificate in case of candidate belonging to ST / SC / OBC
      • CATHOLIC STUDENTS ARE TO UPLOAD A LETTER FROM THE PARISH PRIEST.
    • After entering all details of a candidate, parent will submit the form.
    • You can download or print the applied form & Acknowledgement Slip for future reference.
    • After submission there is no possibility of changes.
  7. HARDCOPY OF REGISTRATION FORM, ALONG WITH PHOTO COPY OF UPLOADED DOCUMENTS IS TO BE SUBMITTED IN SCHOOL OFFICE ON OR BEFORE 25th OCTOBER, 12.00 Noon to 1:00 PM [MONDAY TO SATURDAY].
  8. Request for any change in Date of Birth, after the entry, will never be accepted by the school in future.
  9. If any data entered is found to be FALSE at any point of time, the selection / admission of the candidate will be cancelled.
  10. A schedule for interactions with the parents and candidates will be given out on 31st October. Interactions for NURSERY is from 3rd November to 7th November.
  11. The admission dates will be informed along with selection list on 8th November.
  12. Original documents of the candidate are to be produced at the time of admission for verification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of selection.
  13. A selected candidate should produce documents and pay the fees on dates mentioned for admission. Otherwise, the candidate loses the admission on priority.
  14. The Principal meets only the parents / legal guardian of a candidate concerning an admission. There is no need of any recommendation from anyone. Parents are advised not to get cheated by anyone.
  15. School Fees once paid will not be refunded. Preparatory is a separate entity. Hence fees paid here are not applicable to the main school.
    • Admission Fee   ₹ 20000/- (Once at the time of admission)
    • First Quarter Fee for NURSERY ₹ 6500/-
  16. All communication to parents will be only through e-mail [admission@stpaulsrourkela.org] from the school.
