  1. A CANDIDATE IS TO REGISTER BY VISITING THE URL (link) AND OBTAIN USER ID AND PASSWORD TO APPLY ONLINE FOR ADMISSION. THE URL IS SHARED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. IT WILL BE ACTIVE TILL 20TH FEBRUARY 2026.
  2. A CANDIDATE CAN USE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION. CARE MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE SUBMITTING THE FORM AS NO EDITING IS POSSIBLE AFTER SUBMISSION. A MOBILE NUMBER, ONCE USED, CANNOT BE USED A SECOND TIME TO APPLY FOR ANOTHER ADMISSION.
  3. A CANDIDATE APPLYING FOR CLASS 1 TO CLASS 9 MUST ENTER THE PERMANENT EDUCATION NUMBER (PEN) IN THE APPLICATION FORM. PEN IS PROVIDED BY THE GOVT (UDISE) FOR ALL CHILDREN. YOU NEED TO OBTAIN IT FROM THE SCHOOL WHERE THE CANDIDATE IS STUDYING AT PRESENT.
  4. PARENTS ARE TO USE THE ID & PASSWORD TO LOGIN FOR ONLINE APPLICATION. THE LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE FORM WILL BE 20TH FEBRUARY 2026.
  5. CLEAR SCANNED DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE UPLOADED ALONG WITH THE FORM (ONLY IN JPEG OR JPG FORMAT)
    a. A COPY OF AADHAR CARD
    b. A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE IN CASE OF ANY SERIOUS ILLNESS
    c. A RECENT PHOTOGRAPH OF SIZE 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm
    d. A COPY OF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE FROM NAC / MUNICIPALITY ONLY
    e. CASTE CERTIFICATE IN CASE OF CANDIDATE BELONGING TO ST / SC / OBC
  6. CATHOLIC STUDENTS ARE TO UPLOAD A LETTER FROM THE PARISH PRIEST.
  7. APPLICANTS ARE TO FILL CORRECT MAIL ID OF PARENTS AS THE SCHOOL OFFICE WILL COMMUNICATE ONLY THROUGH EMAIL REGARDING DATE OF ENTRANCE, SELECTION AND ADMISSION. SCHOOL WILL TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WRONG EMAIL ID ENTERED IN REGISTRATION FORM.
  8. DATA ONCE ENTERED AT THE TIME OF UPLOADING, WILL NOT BE ALTERED LATER.
  9. NAME & DATE OF BIRTH OF THE CANDIDATE AND NAMES OF PARENTS SHOULD BE ENTERED EXACTLY AS GIVEN IN BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF THE CANDIDATE AS WELL AS TC. NO CHANGE WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN FUTURE.
  10. ALL DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED SHOULD HAVE THE SAME DATE OF BIRTH OF THE CANDIDATE AND SAME SPELLINGS FOR NAMES OF CANDIDATE AND PARENTS.
  11. IF DATA ENTERED OR DOCUMENTS UPLOADED ARE FOUND TO BE WRONG, THEN THE APPLICATION WILL BE REJECTED.
  12. HARD COPY OF REGISTRATION FORM ALONG WITH UPLOADED DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AT THE SCHOOL OFFICE ON OR BEFORE 20TH FEBRUARY, TIMING – 8:00 AM TO 9:00 AM, WITH CASH PAYMENT OF ₹ 300/-
  13. SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION FORM IS NOT A GUARANTEE FOR ADMISSION.
